A lively space for growing independence
We welcome children from around 15 months to 3 years into bright toddler rooms that feel busy, cheerful and reassuring all at once. Peter Pan Day Nursery has three dedicated spaces called Tiger Lily, Mermaids and Tinkerbell, giving your child the room to learn, play and settle with confidence. Our nursery practitioners guide each day through play, helping your toddler build communication, social skills and early independence in ways that feel natural.
A dedicated key person gets to know your child properly, which matters when routines are changing and new milestones start appearing quickly. We support everything from creative play to quiet rest, so your child has time to explore as well as time to recharge. That steady mix helps toddlers feel secure enough to try new things and proud enough to keep going.

How we support your child's development
We won't rush your child along here, because real progress at this age comes from patience, repetition and warm encouragement. We support bathroom training with potties, trainer pants and nappies included, which takes some pressure off you during a stage that can feel a bit unpredictable. Our staff are trained in early years development and closely monitor milestones, building on the foundations established in our baby room with child-led support that responds to your child's pace.
Small group activities, individual tasks, story time and comfortable nap spaces all play their part in helping toddlers manage busy days. We also keep you informed with regular progress monitoring and development reports, so you can see how those small daily wins build up over time.
Frequently asked questions
Learning that reaches beyond the playroom
Fresh air makes a real difference at toddler age, so we make outdoor play part of each day in our secure outside space. We also arrange visits such as the hospital, the post office, the hospital helipad and Park Hall Farm, giving your child chances to see, ask and understand more of the world around them. Those real-life experiences help build confidence and social interaction in a way flashcards never quite can. Peter Pan Day Nursery keeps that sense of discovery grounded in safe routines and caring support.
